HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
The wrong size, not the color you ordered - whatever it is, we will be happy to help you find the right product for you!
The product can be returned unused and in its original packaging up to 20 days after receipt of the order.
We will be happy to replace your item with any other size, color, model for the same value.
To arrange return or exchange, simply send an e-mail to our customer service, they will help you with and be happy to answer all your questions.

DO I PAY FOR RETURNS?
If you would like to change the item (in case it isn’t really your cup of tea) You will be responsible for paying the return delivery back to us. The item we send in retune- delivery cost will be on our expense.
If you receive a refund- shipping costs are non-refundable., the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In case you retune an item due an error in our system, you will get a full credit for the shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When products are returned to our Lab, the refund will be made once we receive the parcel. The refund will be made in the same payment method as the transaction
I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM
We are committed to producing the highest quality items. However, if during production an item got damaged (we are all human after all, and our production is handmade) please contact customer service before returning a defective product.
The customer service team will take care of you and handle the return process.

I BOUGHT MY ITEM NOT AT PLAZMALAB.COM, AND I NEED ASSIST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Plazmalab takes full responsibility for all there items. Nevertheless, if the purchase wasn't made on the official website of PLAZMALAB it cannot be returned and / or replaced here.
Goods purchased from one of our authorized distributors may only be returned to the same distributor, Please visit the place you purchased the item for further assistant.
