HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED?
Your order will be delivered by Israel Post to your local post office within 2-3 working days. Please allow extra days for delivery during Israeli holidays, national holidays and weekends.
When your order has arrived at your local Post Office, they will send you a notification to let you know your parcel is ready to collect.Please be aware that if you place multiple orders close
to each other, they may be packed together to ensure you receive the goods as quickly as possible.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?
Depending on your specific country, you may be charged the VAT % for the value of the invoice once your parcel arrives into your country.
As stated in our ‘Terms and Conditions’, these fees must be paid by the customer and won’t be covered by Plazmalab.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR V.A.T IN EU AND USA
You should not pay additional taxes inside the European Union and U.S except V.A.T. This amount varies from country to country.
Israel, EU and U.S have specific trade agreements allowing the sale of specific goods without additional duties.
Plazmalab.com does not charge any additional taxes on our sales.The only duty you will have to pay is the local V.A.T.(value added tax) this may change depending on your country.
This is standard for any product being sold inside the European Union. If you experience any difficulties or extra charges above the V.A.T. tax please complain to your local post office.
It has been our experience in the past that the post office will try and get more money than is expected. Please do not put up with this
If you purchase 100.00 Euros in t-shirts and this includes shipping and handling and the package is sent to Germany which has 19% V.A.T. you should pay 19.00 Euros ONLY.
