DELIVERY INFO:
Your order will be shipped by Israeli Post and delivered by your local post offce within 9-14 working days*.When your order arrives in country, the Post Office will send you a notice to let you know your parcel is ready to collect.
You need to collect from the Post Office, please take the notice and your Identity Card or passport.
*Exceptions apply - Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays and weekends.
RETURN POLICY:
You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt by post, using the returns label on the back of your despatch note.Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Plazmalab (this does not affect your statutory rights).Returns must be sent with in the 28 days in a new and unused condition; otherwise we may retain the item(s), not refund them or refund at the current/last selling price.As soon as the returns are received at the Plazmalab warehouse, they will be credited and automatically refunded to the Credit Card used for the order; this should be with in 28 days.
