How does International Standard Shipping work?
We use the regular postal service. We usually take 1-2 days to process an order. The exception to this is from Thursday afternoon onwards to Saturday night. Shipments resume on Sunday morning.
Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service.
Orders sent Standard Shipping arrive in about 1-3 weeks. However delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Unfortunately detailed tracking information isn't available for Standard Shipping.

Do I have to pay additional customs & V.A.T. charges?
You should not pay additional taxes inside the European Union except V.A.T. This amount varies from country to country.
Israel and the European Union have specific trade agreements allowing the sale of specific goods with out additional duties.
You should not pay extra taxes inside the United States of America as Israel and the U.S. also have trade agreements.
Plazmalab.com does not charge any additional taxes on our sales.
Rules and regulations for V.A.T.
- Plazmalab products are all manufactured in Israel.
We produce and ship all of our stock from Israel. Everything is designed, manufactured, printed and packaged here.
- Plazmalab uses 100% cotton for our products.
- Israel and the European Union have specific trade agreements allowing the sale of goods made from 100% cotton to be tax-free.
- Plazmalab invoices have a “Certificate of Origin” stamp that is of shipping specification.
This declares that the goods being shipped are sent from a European partner and are tax free.
- The only duty you will have to pay is the local V.A.T.
V.A.T. (value added tax) may change depending on your country.
- This is standard for any product being sold inside the European Union.
This would be the same if you were purchasing a product from the U.K., France or Spain.
If you experience any difficulties or extra charges above the V.A.T. tax please complain to your local post office.
It has been our experience in the past that the post office will try and get more money than is expected. Please do not put up with this.
Below is an example of what you should be paying in extra charges. Do not accept the local post officer word, we ship all around the world and we know the tax laws.
Example:
If you purchase 100.00 Euros in t-shirts and this includes shipping and handling and the package is sent to Germany which has 19% V.A.T. you should pay 19.00 Euros ONLY.
The document below is an example of our invoice with the stamp of “Certificate of Origin”. This stamp allows for the products to be sold tax free.
