Who designs the Plazmalab pictures and styles?

All our t-shirts, hoodies and other products are made here at Plazmalab. Everything is designed in house. We do not use or condone any form of alternative labor that encourages the ill treatment of another human being.

Here at Plazmalab our in house designers are very gifted and each one has their unique style and flare. We like to team up with guest artists and are always looking for new talent and ideas.

If you would like to submit a designs or idea we would love to hear what you have to say or see what delights you mind has come up with. We promise not to use your creative property. If we like what we see then we will take the process further.

We want to encourage people to use their minds and artistic ability. We like to nurture and cultivate talent, so please don’t be shy. Let us see what you can do.

Why haven't I heard back from Customer Service?

You should receive a response from customer service within 1-2 business days. If you haven't received a response, most likely we've received your email and responded. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there. Also, be sure to add info@plazmalab.com to your contacts so future emails are not blocked.

If you sent an email and haven't heard back from us after 3 business days, we may not have received your original inquiry so try sending us a follow-up email.

How do I cancel or change my order?

You can also email our Customer Support to cancel or make changes to your order. We will only be able to make changes or cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

What are the washing instructions?

The instructions are as follows:

Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean if decorated.

If the tee was printed using specialty inks- Glow in the Dark, Foil, Felt, etc, washing inside out helps preserve the ink.

The tees are primarily 100% cotton tee shirts so expect 2% shrinkage. To lessen this, try hang drying your tees.
